Mr. Death: The Violent Silence Will Be in Development for 6 years as it started development on the 26 August 2023 and will release in Early Access in Late 2027, the full release will be in Late 2029 and on launch the game will have four day-one DLC's that take about 2-3 hours and 30+ Hours of content not inculding the side-quests and extra modes.
